Abstract

The article purpose is to identify the actors and stakeholders of a knowledge-based education system in the field of agriculture and also to explain their convergence in the context of a conceptual network model in order to establish a knowledge-based education system in the agriculture sector of Iran based on the fundamental principles of knowledge management. The findings of the literature review show that the theoretical and operational plans of knowledge management in the field of agricultural education and extension have not addressed the stakeholders of a knowledge-based system and the way of communication between them. This descriptive-analytical research based on a practical point of view explains the method of the identification and networking between actors and stakeholders of a knowledge-based educational system based on the concepts of knowledge management. In the sense that the results of this research can be used in the creation of knowledge management systems in the education sector in the field of agriculture. The fundamental achievement of this study is to present a conceptual model in networking actors and stakeholders in their convergence to create the flow of data, information and knowledge between content producers and consumers in an educational system based on knowledge management.
