The Clarification of Adapting the Education Platforms in the Agricultural Sector with the Fundamental Concepts of Knowledge Management

Abstract

The article purpose is to explain the relationship between educational platforms in the agricultural sector regarding their principles, tasks and goals with the requirements of knowledge management. The educational platforms are the Staff Training Office and Bureau of Training of Operators and Agricultural Businesses. The relations between fundamental principles of education, the mentioned offices as well as knowledge management are explained. The systematic relationship between the four dimensions of knowledge management such as knowledge, technology, organization, and human compare with the duties of the offices. After that, the effective factors and goals in increasing knowledge in the offices are discussed with emphasis on the process of knowledge management. The results show that there is an inseparable relationship between the principles, duties and goals of the staff and farmers with the foundations of knowledge management. Synergy and alignment between educational affairs and the knowledge management process will increase the level of productivity in the dissemination and systematic exchange of knowledge. As a result, in the growth and development of educational systems, especially in the agricultural field of the country, it is very important to pay attention to knowledge management foundations in the creation of knowledge-based educational systems.
