Libraries rankings can be used to predict the level of the library, the type of resources purchased, the amount of budget allocated, the space needed, and even the possibility of removing or expanding a library. . For this purpose, 5 libraries were studied in order to rank the affiliated libraries of Research, Education and Agricultural Promotion Organization. A checklist consisting of 4 sections (Collection, Resource Organization, Services and Human Resources and Equipment and Equipment) and 33 criteria was prepared and implemented in the statistical database of affiliate units of the Organization. The results showed that only one library (1.16%) with a score above 600 was at level one and six libraries (6.97%) with a score above 300 were at the second level. 79 libraries (91.86%) rank third with a score of below 300. Not all libraries in the organization are in a good position and should be given more attention.
