Iranians have been the initiators of agricultural methods, especially the achievement of irrigation and gardening in the history of human civilization,. The results of these experiences are reflected in the ancient scientific texts of Iran. From the beginning of the Safavid period, the production of agricultural products increased, and the comprehensive scientific text in this period is Irshad al-Arizah and Marafat Falahat. . The purpose of this research is to investigate the information trends of agricultural educational books from the Safavid period to the beginning of the new era of modern agricultural education in Iran. The results of this research show that the modern agricultural education in Iran was formed on the basis of new sciences and translation, and the result of the evolution and scientific revolution was not from traditional texts to new texts, and this point of difference remains until today, and this gap has been filled by paying attention to the indigenous knowledge of the land. can be filled And he chose the integrated approach of indigenous knowledge and modern knowledge in the exploitation of agricultural resources and the production of crops
